40 fps cap?

Is it normal, that the game only runs below 40fps? It seems sooo laggy.

Runs 60 here. Try removing VSync? Update graphics drivers.

What is your hardware?

The game has options to turn off various graphical effects. Try turning off fullscreen blur and turn down base resolution to 1280 if you are on a widescreen monitor. See if that helps.

I just refunded the game. It ran terrible. I could easily run the game with my pc specs. Just very bad coded and optimized.

Odd. Even runs perfect on my underpowered NUC box with Intel graphics.

I get almost 100 frames on an old toshiba laptop, maybe the people that complain about the game being poorly optimized are just morons that don't know how to manage video use and cpu use.
