Caarta missing from the Bawg after sending me on first Bawg map while in Savanna

Okay, I suspect this is broken. Please prove me wrong. I've started in the Bawg. I went back to the Savanna and was surprised to see Caarta at his fishing hole. He gave me a quest to map the first place in the Bawg but the dialog was as if he was in the Bawg, not in the Savanna. Talking about how amazing this place is and how he wanted to map it. So I went back to Bawg and mapped the place (the electric plant one, can't recall name) and the quest says finished but I can't find Caarta on either map now to complete it.

HALP!!!

I see. Just like Grandmammy, Carta should be present at both Savannah and Bawg, and this quest can only be turned in to Caarta in Bawg. You probably haven't found him in Bawg yet, otherwise, you should have seen him with the "..." quest icon on the Bawg map.

So the solution is that you will have to find Caarta on the Bawg map. His Bawg base should be directly South of the Yellowstone Teleporter.
