how can i get water balloons?

You have to craft the item that makes water balloons( Water Pump) and put it in water near your home base so it will work.It also makes water bombs. You make it at the Chemworks workstation and it takes 30 Flatstone,3 intact wompit hearts,and 26 Glidopus Siphons. You get the recipe by deliveering the Pinwheel to Ramerl.She will give you the recipe to make the water pump when you give her the Pinwheel.Remember the water pump only works when put in water, so I would place it near your home in the very edge of water so you can get to it easily.Hope this helps....and good luck.
