Where is the second phone?

I found the one in the hidden bookcase--dialed 363 ---now another phone is ringing and i cant find it---could someone please help with this?

That's kind of like the doll that falls after the phone is dialed at the end. .If you don't see it and leave, the game ends and you don't take the dolls hat off and hear what the "Artist" says. There are 100s of little things to see and find.
