Ori has the "going left issue" => solution 8.1 x64 driver
8.1 x64 driver => GTA 5 issue => RT problem
unsinstalling 8.1 x64 driver => Layers of Fear going left issue...
I think that is a driver issue from Microsoft, sometimes one driver works, sometimes another

Would be nice if someone could give it to Microsoft. I contacted the support but they didn't help.
It isn't an issue of my device, driver or rig. The game needs to be fixed in the way it checks the gamepad movements.
This growing list of problem Unity Engine games includes (for me): Ori and the Blind Forest (it works perfectly with the DualShock 4 controller though; the irony!), Glare (menu issue), Beyond Eyes, Mini Motors Racing EVO (spinning car), etc, etc. Some games like The Last Tinker appear to play fine but the issue rears its ugly head in the menus (volume and brightness dropping down to zero for example) and things like the shops are inaccessible because of improper controller mappings.
It does point to an issue with the engine or perhaps how it reads/detects the controller rather than a driver issue per se as pretty much every other non-Unity game (with the exception of Grandia II, of course) works absolutely fine with the Xbox One and that includes Batman: Arkham Asylum, Mad Max and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain to name a few recent titles.
This is an issue that really needs to be resolved as it is a bit embarrassing that Microsoft are making a big song and dance about Windows 10 being for gamers yet their own Xbox One controller does not work properly in games running on an engine that is very popular with indie developers. This issue was reported as far back as January 2015 during the Technical Preview but still remains unfixed. Perhaps it is an engine issue only though?
Um it doesn't say he is the developer no developer would respond like that idiot.
I love the community here, and I believe no one should be called an idiot. <3
We ok? :>
