Purchased Soundtrack, only to find it nowhere

I just purchased the soundtrack for the game and I cannot find it anywhere. I booted up the game and went to "Downloadable Content" in the Aspyr launcher. It wasn't there. The progress percentage didn't change, and when I click on either the soundtrack or the Inheritance DLC (which I don't have, mind you), nothing happens. I even checked my Steam library and even under the soundtracks section. Nothing. Please help me. I am very confused.

You'll find the soundtrack in the game folder, usually the location is:

X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Layers of Fear\Soundtrack
