Controller issue

I have a controller and it is not working properly. I can move around in the game, but that is all. The controller doesn't allow me to look around or complete actions, just walk.

Any solution advice?

Enable Steam Input. Or disable it if it's enabled, somethimes that also helps. Xinput controllers should work natively.

If Steam Input is enabled you can remap buttons and axes.
