Different starting dialogue

So I've seen some walkthrough where dude has entirely different intro dialogue and few items that aren't in my game (Or they are and i'm a blind dumbass). I'm fairly sure the dialogue isn't rng and you get the same one every time. He also didn't have dlcs. So how did he do it ? If this is something story related just say it I don't care about spoilers in this case since I doubt I'll be getting anywhere in this game, being the ♥♥♥♥♥ I am. I just wanna know.
