...simple yet brilliant!

I started bruteforcing it in a logical way with the colors, the size of the animals, who would eat the other in a food chain way, also trying to follow the lines accordingly until I figured it out.
I knew that the rats were an important aspect, obviously, and had this "ah-ha!" moment when I got it.

The game has been a blast of horror and psychological mindtricks since the beginning and this little puzzle made me write this just to share you my pleasure with the game as a whole.

I didn't know this since this is my first playthrough.
This makes it even better. Still, the fact that it was the rat was very fitting to the plot too.
Pretty convenient per say.
