Little stutters in performance

Does anyone else get the little stutter issue? Its like im jumping forward in time a few milliseconds but causes so many issues for me. It shouldnt be a hardware issue so i dont know

My settings, runs about 70-80fps without stuttering at least, compared to ea wrc looks better even with overall lower settings (it does run bit worse than ea wrc there I had about 90-100fps with higher settings)

Hardware used
- gpu nvidia rtx 3070 8gb + cpu 7800x3d + ram 64gb ddr5
- display 32:9 superultrawide 3840 x 1080

Graphics settings in game

- screen resolution: 3840 x1080
- display mode: fullscreen
- image cal. : 0%
- triples: off
- perspective corr.: 0
- v-sync: off
- frame limiter: 80

- anti-aliasing: off (I did try TAA and TSR but ran worse like even below 50fps and stuttered)
- sharpness 90% (maybe could be 100%?)
- motion blur: ON (having it ON for now)

- dynamic refl. quality: LOW
- screen space refl. quality: LOW
- texture quality: MEDIUM
- anti-aliasing quality: LOW
- shadows: LOW

Mine ran fine yesterday, but I started getting stutters after about an hour, or so after today's update.

Stutter not so much but instead my screen is flickering and can't figure out why.

I'm experiencing a stutter as well or screen tearing . I can put the settings on low and still get stuttering . I put on ultra, no difference at all from low settings. My system is way more than adequate.

i get an insane .5 sec stutter EVERY 7-10 seconds. I have 5070ti and RYZEN7 78003xd

I've had the exact same problem since last night's small update.

I had no issues before this update!

I had same issue before update after longer play and after update when I first time tested rainy weather it was instant, but I don't blame the update it just feels random.

yea i have that stutter in the same place every time in a couple places in France. Wales is super smooth though

Does it matter if you use borderless or fullscreen?

Did you try DLSS at 2x?

ye same just get a random jump every 2 or 3 stages normal resulting in me flying off the road

I got stutters when motion blur is off when i turn back on motion blur stutters goes away
