Simagic alpha evo 12nm wheelbase not working

I can’t get a connection to my simagic alpha wheelbase. In game I go to button configuration and wheel didn’t get recognized. Shifters pedals yes but the left right movement doesn’t get recognized. all drivers up to date. wheel is fine so maybe simagic get not support what’s kind of strange. has anybody the same problem or a fix for my problem? thanks guys

Disable steaminput, i had the same problem with my Evo

Literally having the same issue with my Accuforce V2. Disabling the stream input didn't help either. I've even updated the simexperience software, launch the game through that, and can actually feel the force feedback in the wheel when driving the car in a straight line but no left or right inputs register.

thanks for the answer but disable steaminput did nothing for my simagic alpha. I’m pissed now haha. it’s always the same ♥♥♥♥ with alphas . They don’t work right. and that’s a shame I mean wheelbase is essential for any racing game.

sorry this is not helping but my EVO PRO works just fine.I didn't do anything special tbh
must be something at your end. have tried disconnecting any usb device to have only your wheel base connected? its a common issue in racing games

or try other USB ports on your PC
