keyboard or joystick do not work
Compre el juego y me encuentro que ingresa al menú y el joystick de xbox 360 ni el teclado funcionan, parece que solo funciona con controles de movimiento que yo no tengo, el VR se ve bien, pero no puedo pasar mas ahí del menú, lo compre por que en las especificaciones del juego dice que es compatible con joystick y teclado, pero por lo visto no los es. Me pueden brindar una solución para poder jugar. Gracias


Buy the game and I find that it enters the menu and the xbox 360 joystick or the keyboard work, it seems that only works with motion controls that I do not have, the VR looks good, but I can not spend more there from the menu, buy why in the specifications of the game says it is compatible with joystick and keyboard, but apparently is not. Thank you for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear you are having technical problems with the game.

Are you playing the game in VR with a gamepad? If you are, you should be able to select menu items by looking at them using 'gaze' controls. If you cannot control the menu by looking at it, there may be a bug in the game. You could try disabling or disconnecting your gamepad before starting the game to see if 'gaze' controls work. If that doesn't work, I can help diagnose the problem if you send me a specific file from the game. To find this file, right click on Stage Presence in Steam, click 'Properties' > 'Local Files' > 'Browse Local Files'. This will bring up the game folder. Then head into the 'Stage Presence_Data' folder and look for a file called Output_Log. Upload this file somewhere and post the link here. This file contains information about the game when it runs (such as any errors or problems) and will help me understand why the controllers are not working for you.

I really hope we can get this working for you. I'll do everything I can to help, however feel free to ask Steam for a refund of the game if you don't wish to continue with this process.

Thank you for posting the information, that's very useful.

It seems from the report that everything is functioning correctly. Could you try launching the game with your gamepad disconnected / disabled and see if this enables 'gaze' controls (where you can select menu items by looking at them). If this works then there is a bug in the game I need to fix.

Again, I'm very sorry you've had problems playing the game and thank you for your patience and helping with find this problem. Let me know if the above works.

Once again, if you do not wish to continue I understand, feel free to ask Steam for a refund on the game.

With the look you do not select, it's like entering and seeing the menu but I can not do anything. my helmet is DK2.
I'm still waiting for a solution, I will not ask for a refund. Thank you, I support your project

I have discovered the cause of the bug! I'm now working on a fix for you but it will take a few days to complete, I will hopefully upload a new, fixed version this weekend. I'll keep you updated on my progress.

I have just uploaded the new version of Stage Presence which fixes gamepad support for you! You should now be able to play the game in VR with a gamepad correctly. One warning: the custom music menu used in a karaoke mode uses a windows file browser to select MP3 files and there is no way to add gamepad support for it. If this feature is something you purchased the game for, please feel free to ask for a refund and I apologise for not being able to fix that one issue.

Hello, such! Thanks for fixing the defect !! perfect the menus with the joystick but the karaoke menu to upload mp3 '' does not respond '' the explorer, is the one that interests me most, which is to sing the music that I like.

Yes this is the warning I mentioned in my previous post. Unfortunately I was unable to make the gamepad work with the explorer window. I tried to find a solution but there was none that I could find. I'm very sorry about this as it was the only thing I couldn't fix.

As always, please feel free to refund the game if you brought the game for this feature and again, I'm sorry I wasn't able to resolve this specific problem for you.
