Fix for controllers not working

Hi all,

If you have a problem with controllers not working in the game, here is a fix:

close Steam completely and run it again in Administrator mode (find where steam is installed, right-click on 'steam.exe' and click 'Run as administrator'); when run in Administrator mode, Steam VR should run correctly on the application.

This problem is caused by Steam VR and the version of Unity that Stage Presence is built with. You can find more discussion about the issue here https://www.reddit.com/r/Vive/comments/4ps3ze/steamvr_unknown_error_308/ - I will look into upgrading the version of Unity that Stage Presence is built with in the future.

Buen día compre su juego, La verdad me gustan mucho este tipo de juegos, pero no tengo controles de movimiento, el juego dice que tiene soporte teclado y joystick, pero no funciona ninguno de los 2 !!, probé hacer eso de Steam modo administrador pero ,no funciona no tengo forma de jugar el juego. El juego tiene que funcionar por que eso dice en las especificaciones por eso lo compre, pero no funciona, tengo un joystick de Xbox360, Gracias.

Are you playing the game in VR with a gamepad? If you are, you should be able to select menu items by looking at them using 'gaze' controls. If you cannot control the menu by looking at it, there may be a bug in the game. You could try disabling or disconnecting your gamepad before starting the game to see if 'gaze' controls work. If that doesn't work, I can help diagnose the problem if you send me a specific file from the game. To find this file, right click on Stage Presence in Steam, click 'Properties' > 'Local Files' > 'Browse Local Files'. This will bring up the game folder. Then head into the 'Stage Presence_Data' folder and look for a file called Output_Log. Upload this file somewhere and post the link here. This file contains information about the game when it runs (such as any errors or problems) and will help me understand why the controllers are not working for you.

I really hope we can get this working for you. I'll do everything I can to help, however feel free to ask Steam for a refund of the game if you don't wish to continue with this process.

This game is basically broken. The UI for selecting songs stops responding after playing one song and the only way to recover is to restart Steam.
