Comet + elemental work ?

No, I do not think it has any effect as Comet is non-elemental.
Equipping it to armor would make it resist Ultima Beam but I am not sure if it still works.

Elemental materia is not that great in my opinion. You can resist elements with armor or accessories and making your weapons elemental can have no effect on some enemies.
I would have the basic elements at hand and equip them with Elemental on a weapons before a boss or similar if I know its weakness.

You should link Comet(2) with HP- or MP absorb, or for a real punch: Quadra Magic .

Hades+Added Effect on your weapon with Quadra Slash. THAT'S MY FAVORITE :)

Death blow+Mega All

(Deathblow + Added Cut) + (Deathblow + Steal As Well) oh yeah!

Don't forget Phoenix + Final Attack (a must on person with best defense since he is most likely to die last)

I used this one back on my PSone. Also i level up the Knightsof the round to Master Materia so i got an addional Knights of the round. Only problem with it is the cutscene. Goes on FOEVAA....

side note. Beat weapon using this ( 1 000 000 HP)

Oh, I thought it did. I haven't gone through it in ages so that's my story and I'm sticking with it.

Just stick it with Odin or Bahamut then. Same result ie death everywhere
