Wall Market Sequence Not Starting

I seem to have an issue with the Wall Market in Sector 6. I see the buggy take Tifa and when I follow nothing happens. The Fat Guy only talks about "store down on the right..." If I go to Corneo's Mansion the guys only says the thing about girls only. The only other thing that I can do is get the medicine for the sick chick in the bar.

What am I missing here? Anyone?

In order to progress, you first need to try to enter the mansion. Aeris should make a comment about having a girlfriend to bring along. You then go to the clothing shop and talk to the woman at the counter. She should direct you to her father. He's at the restaurant/bar to the north sitting by the door alone. After that, you should be given options for how to make the dress and i'm sure you can go from there.

I did go to the dress shop and there's a lady there that just calls you a hooligan and then the keeper behind the counter says, "Welcome. Take your time..." or whatever.

Go to the right as soon as you enter the town. You'll end up in front of the honeybee inn. Talk to the FAT guy and you'll get a choice to ask about Tifa. He'll then tell you where Tifa has gone. Once you go to The mansion all the way north from that, and then talk to the guy guarding the door, he'll tell you no men allowed.

Then you can go start getting the materials for dressing up. Hope this helps!

my game is bugged. when you first enter wall market, aeris is supposed to step out and say something like 'this place is scary, lets ask about tifa' and immediately rejoin you. then you go to corneos mansion, and she is supposed to step out again and thats when the 'make cloud pretty' quest begins. however my game is not triggering these aeris moments. i am using about a dozen mods via 7th heaven but i dont know if any of these would kill the quest coding for this?
