How to use boost? (stuck on boss fight no potions)

how do i use the boost i literally get to a boss with no potions and half health, the boss after the highway motorcycle fight.

no, also new problem it made me create a new square ID during launch SO I CANT GET TO THE SITE TO USE BOOST. i dont think it had me make a password or connect an email. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Well, if you refuse to use Restore materia then you're clearly trying to complete this game without using materia.

i have restore in my menu, does that do what i need it to?

well ill have to use my other save and get past the two elevator bosses and rufus again to find out. but atleast i have a double save.

No, you should have "Cure" in Magic menu for the character you equipped the Restore materia.

boosts HP and MP of whatever your party is when you boost. cant be undone. hence why im going to try and get the other save game through. im only playing for story, but it still feels icky having maxed to crap health

Can't be undone? Well, that just kinda killed my interest. What I was more curious about was how to use it, but now I don't really care as much.

oh it also boosts your cash. not a bad feature for someone like me just interested in the story ( i actually get annoyed at battles sometimes getting in the way of the story haha. but yeh doesnt feel right.

make a double save and boost one of them :P just to try it out, then delete the boosted save after

>enable cloud (BACK UP YOUR SAVES FIRT, located in document Square user) then go to VIEW PROFILE. log in and click BOOST. select the save, and go in game.

Ok got my second unboosted save right up to the highway section, now to see if the cure magic can help me past that boss.
