I'm dressing Cloud up like a girl and need to get the perfume. But the sick person in the bar is gone. Who do I give the medicine to now?

I got through this part yesterday and was never asked for perfume, but there's another sick guy back at the first town, in a small pipe. I don't know if he gives it, but it's worth a shot.

If that doesn't work, here's the IGN guide. I know IGN fails a lot, but it's a fairly old game and even they should be able to eventually come up with the answer.

You need to give it to the person in the bathroom of the bar. Unless that's the person who disappeared, at which point I'd be at a loss.

Yeah that person is gone. I heard the perfume just helps a bit.

It's an extra item that will attract the Don to Cloud instead of the other girls. It will allow you to skip a battle, but that's about it.

: Go to the bar and talk to the lady in the bathroom. She is sick, and you will have to get some medicine for her. Go to the local restaurant and buy any meal. you will get a coupon after eating (he will ask you how the taste was, answer with the second option).
Take this coupon to the Pharmacy and exchange it for the Digestive. Take the Digestive to the lady in the toliet and she will give you the Sexy Cologne.
