yuffie is very handy char. She has best steal/morph rates. with her ultimate weapon her morphs can do 9999 dmg. Give her steal materia and she can steal like crazy. fyi her limit 3 breaks are better than her limit 4. If you want to unlock all the materia you have to get her on your team.

by my knowledge there are three places to get her, the first is in a small forest in the junon area, the second in the forest near the broken reactor that you get the titan materia from, and the third is the forest around meedel.

if you go to the wuuti area she will steal all of your materia and you will have a side mission there.

edit: i do not recomend doing this sidequest as early as possible unless you are trying to date yuffie because it is fairly hard to do unless you are about level 40 coming into it because you do have to fight a boss called rapps without materia.

vincent is in nibelheim mansion, you need to open the safe on the top floor to the left, the code to open it is right 36 left 10 right 59 right 97, once the safe is open it you will fight a boss called the lost number beat that thing and you can pick up the odin summon materia along with the old key which opens a locked door in the bottom of the mansion. when talking to vincent if you fail you can just retalk to him right away so it isn't all that hard to figgure out how to get it right.

nibelheim is right after cosmo canyon with nanaki. since it seems like you are taking this on with low levels a quick side note when fighting the lost number it does strong physical and magic attacks, once it reaches half heath what ever type of damage you delt to it will deside what form it takes, its physical form is resistant to physical attacks and its magical form is obviously resistant to magic attacks, i personally find it alot easier to deal with the magical form but that is just me. the only real advice i can give you on the fight against lost number is to make sure to have aeris in your party and make sure she knows seal evil. seal evil will paralize the boss for a minute or two giveing you some free hits on it.
