Training on Disc 3
Is there anywhere else to train on Disc 3 besides Northern Crater? Like for preparing to fight Emerald/Ruby Weapon. (Yes I know that you can come back up from Northern Crater)

Hm, if I am not training in the crater then I am killing the beach worms around Mideel.
Or enemies in that area.

there are several places to train but the best is generally the northern crater, my top training places are

for limit breaks:
in a small patch of forest in the junon area to get the kills for lvl up the limit break
outside Niblehime you can manipulate a demon monster and make it use dive kick which like dimi will do more damage the more hp you have. this is great to get limit breaks quick to get the second one in each level.

level up area:
the northern crater ofcourse.
the forgotten forest is also ok for getting levels.

ap grinding:
the only good place is the northern crater.

Ok thanks Ragearmor, I was mostly looking for Limit Breaks and Levels, so time to go back from the bottom of the Northern Crater to the outside world and start training XD

a quick sub note, the reason why i like useing the small patch of forest int eh junon area is because you can often run into a group of five weak enemys. so you can just a weak ass spell on them and move on, i liked to use the chocomog.

a submarine under the water look around to find it

For limit breaks i used two separate places. To get the first limit break of each level (needing to kill a certain number of enemies with the character) i used the caves just after the midgar zolom. I know you are OP by disk three but the enemies come in decent sized groups and can be killed in seconds with a slash all materia. To get the second level of each limit (using the first a certain number of times) i went to cactaur island and manipulated cactaurs into using 1000 needles repeatedly on the character then used the limit healing when needed.
This may not be the best but its how i did it

Gelnika is a good area to train if properly equipped, each room you will encounter different types of monsters which can be morphed into Source items, also good exp and cashflow

I personally have always like to train outside of Mideel.

Alll about the sunken cargo plane.

Outside of the Northern Cave (why wouldn't you want to train there if you are on disc 3?) it has to be the sunken cargo plane (Gelnika) for getting stage 2 limits and experience, and i like to go on the Coral train tracks for side attacks by 6 birds to get those enemy kills up for the other limit stages...

If you are looking for number of kills there is a place south of rocket town and right outside Nibelheim mountains that is a patch of forest. You have a chance to run in enemies of six. They are mushroom looking like enemies. The other enemy that appears in this small patch of forest is a demon looking creature. You can get combonations of 2 enemies, 3 enemies, 5 enemies and 6 enemies at a time. Usually, the five or six enemies appear in each battle.

What Gazadude said. All the enemies in the Gelinka can be morphed into sources, which permanently raise your stats (up to a max of 255), fight them with Yuffie with Conformer (her ultimate weapon, which you get in the sunken gelinka handily enough) equipped and get her to use morph, with that weapon equipped morph stays at full attack damage, rather than 10% of attack damage with everyone else
