Battle Square [achievement] problem

Start a battle in the Battle Square. I did it, i got Omnislash, but I did not get the achievment [Battle Square]. :(
What can i do? its bugged?

if you have any language localization (except the default) unistall them and try again

Stupid response but make sure you actually use the item on cloud. You won't get the achievement for merely having it. I found out the hard way with aeris (sadface)

For me, it was a problem with a "re-translation" mod i had installed earlier. After changing the instalation languaje to english, i have obtained the achievement.

I got it by completing the game. I do not know if this will be a SPOILER to anyone but you defeat Sephiroth with it regardless of wether or not you had it before...
