No Tseng in the Temple of the Ancients

I have finally got round to buying this on PC, all was well until I went into the temple expecting to see Tseng gasping his last before giving me the Keystone. He isn't there so I've ground to a halt. Has anybody else had this problem? I'm not sure if it's a glitch or if I've missed out doing something.

Yep, I got it from dio, then Cait Sith stole it and gave it to Tseng who flew off. I've had a look at a couple of walkthroughs and they agree that the next thing is go to the temple with Aeris and Tseng would be there to give the stone. One problem I had playing this on my PS1 was that you could miss something early on and not be able to complete a task later in the game, so it might be something like that.

I went back to the gold saucer and the keystone had reappeared in Dio's collection, so I redid the fight and reaquired the stone. The Cait Sith story then replayed. When I went back to the temple there was Tseng, all beat up and off I went. It must have been some wierd glitch that reset the story arc for some reason.
