Lunar Harp
I gotten to the sleeping forest and I just can't find the lunar harp. I know I get it from the diggers, but it doesn't give me option. I noticed text about a rich man and a key?

I think you are missing part of the story before you can get the Lunar Harp.

As a tip does Dio ring a bell?

Go to the gold saucer and then the battle arena. Head up to the right of the desk and into the trophy room. Game will continue from there. You have a few things to do before you head into the sleeping forrest.
