- You need a Good or a Great Chocobo to breed. (works best with great)
- Good = "mmm this seems like a good chocobo" - Found in Gold saucer area
- Great = "This is a great chocobo!" - Found in Mideel Area.
- Max these choco's out (about 70 Greens) on Tantal 400 gil or Sylkis 5000 gil Greens and race them to S Class or high as you can. Tehio will be a problem for you.
- Breed these two using carob nut. - Nut stolen from Vlakorados that roam woods near bone village (must be male and female choco's duh!)
- Likely get a green Chocobo. Mate this with one of your Great Chocobo's using Carob Nut (again race it to S class)
- You should now get a Blue Chocobo.
This is how to get a gold Chocobo:-From what I understand, from both this time and last time doing breeding, the higher ranked chocobo more often yeild colored chocobos, rather than more yellows.
