All Creation not working?

I keep trying to use the item "All Creation" on Yuffie, but she just won't learn it. I have all 6 other limit breaks, but she just won't learn it. Can anyone help me out?

Just to make sure, are you using it from the "Item" section of the menu, or are you trying to use it within battle?

Yep, something is weird here. She will definately learn it if you have 2 limit breaks in each of the first 3 limits. Simply try and use the item in the item menu and she will learn it.

Have you got her limit set to level 3?

There's nothing wrong here, you need to make sure you meet the normal "prerequisite", i think it's kill count, after getting all 6 limit breaks with her before you can use the item.

I agree, but it's weird he said he had the previous 6. Either he can't count, or he's using the wrong manual on the wrong character.

There isn't any kind of requirement for the last limits other than having all the previous ones.

You are wrong, you have to meet th kill requirement before you are allowed to use the book to learn the level 4

YUFFIE HERSELF has to have 80 kills

Obviously she needs to have killed enough enemies to have learned the previous limits, but once she has the previous six limits, she doesn't need to kill anymore to get All Creation.
