Is there a mod where we can replace the vanilla FF7 character models with the ones from FF7 Remake?

Well, you can't put the exact remake models in there (at least, I don't think so... nobody has done it yet, maybe someone could theoretically do that seeing as we're modding the PC version and not a PS1 game but IDK. also the legality may be a problem)
If you want a result that's semi-close then:

• Ninostyle Battle (Set Tifa to "No Change" in config)
  
• FF7 Remake Tifa in (Fake)Ninostyle for battles[www.nexusmods.com] (Download on Nexus Mods (you need an account), import manually, make sure to add the category as "Battle Models" for auto sorting because importing external mods doesn't assign a category)
  
• Ninostyle HD Field Models (customize however you'd like)

bonus points:

• Retouch (Remake themed UI, use instead of mods like Finishing Touch or IFRIT (ESUI is still required))
  
• Cosmo Memory (you can change the menu sounds to be Remake's)
