7th Heaven won't open the game

So, as the title says, i tried playing the game with mods, but when i click on the play button, steam says that the game is running, but the window won't appear, then i tried playing without mods, via 7th Heaven and it runs normally.

I don't know if it's a bad configuration that i have or something else, but i can't play the game with mods, if there's is a solution to this problem, please let me know.

Same but in my case the ff7 launcher error appears without mods. It used to work in pre-4 version but I had not played the game for months. Something broke it. Windows update? GPU drivers update? VC update?

I'll uninstall it. Cant deal with that crap anymore

4.0 and up needs a fresh install.
