And try and get as many handicaps as possible, especially towards the final rounds. You'll earn more points that way.

To be more specific, there are certain handicaps that max the points more than others. Google them. I think it might be all materia broken and....not sure on the other one.

Basically what i mean is getting a bunch of different handicaps doesn't give you more points than the worst ones, dictated by the game.

My advice for getting it in gold saucer is to wait until you have the ribbon which isn't that far into disk 2, then you don't hae to worry about any debuff type handicaps. you still have to deal with the break handicaps which if at all possible i would go with either break armor, weapon, hp down, or level down as the handicaps. If you are immune to a handicap you wont get a bonus from it.
The best handicaps you want is 7 though. If you get 7 on each handicap you will get practically max bp.
