FF7 not showing up on online profile
Bought the game, everything is running smoothly, but when I try to go to my profile via "view online profile" I'm taken to the advertise/ download page that talks about the game, characters and the new features for playing it online.

When I go to my profile I had to create in order to even play the game, I have no games under it at all. Making it so I can't access anything, including the booster if I choose to use it later.

Any solutions to this?

Happy to say that they have finally fixed my profile and i have access to all, so recommendation is to contact square the moment you notice issues since it took about a week and a half to resolve.:steamhappy:
Now that's awesome! I'll contact them now and have it resolved so I can start playing :D! Thank you for keeping me and everyone else posted!

Awesome man!! Im still waiting patiently. I hope they fix my issue soon as well. Glad to see a possilbe light at the end of the tunnel.

Update on my situation, still not fixed, just asked for receipt for proof of purchase. I hope this helps escalate my situations.

I hope it does too. I have been talking with a customer rep through email. They are trying some steps, but have forwarded it to a higher team as well.

After almost a month of constant emailing back and fourth I finally have it working on my end!!

They said they have escalated my ticket, but haven't heard back from them in forever -_-

i would keep emailing them back regarding the issue. If I didn't hear within 3-4 days I email. I kept telling them my game isn't registered to my Enix account. You need to register it for me.

So are people here having zero access to FFVII save files as well? The only option I can select on the menu is "NEW GAME". It's a shame, too; I haven't played it in quite a while and was looking forward to playing it again.

Not sure since I haven't played it until they fixed my problem, but I emailed them again today letting them know that they failed to contact me back on the progress. Seems like something you'd have to stay on them about. I believe it started me back where I was once when I tried activating my boost, but I barely got past the first save when I saw things weren't working.
