Double Cut Materia?

For some reason, my Double Cut materia is not giving my character the ability to use 2x Cut in battle. It's giving the command Slash-All. Is anyone else having this problem?

The double cut ability will change to slash-all if you got mega-all materia equipped on a character with double cut. The same happens if you got slash-all materia equipped with double cut too.

Wrong. the reason why it says 2x is because it cuts twice, when leveling it up it will then turn into Quadra-Cut. Where as with the Slash-All materia it turns your attack into slash-all, and when leveled up Flash.

What they were saying was that if you have Mega All and Double Cut equipped on the same character then Mega All would override Double Cut and make your attack Slash-All. So no, not wrong.
