I legitimately can't do it as the game is too visually busy for me to process where everything is. (Like, I didn't even know there *was* a blimp.) And aiming the reticle is way too sensitive.
you don't need to do much there's a trick to putting the crosshair in the right spot before the blimp shows up and then firing at the right moment.

You know, I honestly considered getting it as a tattoo once over my heart?
The combination, that is.
And yes OP, it is annoying.
Between mods and the black chocobo editor, I'm sure there's probably a workaround, I just don't know what those would be.
For the Speed Square, there's actually a secret trick to that, which mostly involves positioning and timing. You really only need to hit the propeller, that's it. If you look it up on youtube there's dozens of people who've explained it. If not, I can just link you.
I would gladly just do these things for you if I could.
As for the ShinRa march? It's rhythm and timing based. Although, still annoying.
For the Safe, just try not to think about the time. Speed through it until you get within 20 - 15 numbers, then slow it down. You should be able to cut the timing close, but still open the safe. Racing against the Black Chocobo later in the S Rank bracket is a similar kind of a close call situation.
Its easy to find the first three Numbers:
R 36, L 10, R 59.
But how can we find the fourth number in the village?
