At my wit's end with Tifa's final limit break Final Heaven (The dreaded piano)

I am slowly losing hope in how to achieve this achievement. I have used a Xbox 360 controller, PS4 controller and keyboard. I might try a switch but i'm not holding my breath. I have looked up tutorials on YouTube, in this these discussions, and blogs trying to get this figured out.

I am on disc 2. Tifa and Cloud are back in my party after leaving for a bit. Tifa has all 6 limit breaks which I made sure of. I know the issues lies with pageup and pagedown. Whenever I try to press it to change the tune for So La Ti Do the tune is completely wrong and too high pitched which goes against what I'm trying to play. I have changed the buttons but nothing helps the problem.

Some say to do it on disc 3 which I am getting contradictions from walkthroughs saying you cannot come back so I don't know.

There are some notes that require pressing two buttons at once, make sure you practice those since I guess they might be the ones you are having trouble with. Good luck!

You can absolutely come back and do it on Disc 3.
I know this game like the back of my hand, that's never been a problem before.
The thing is, most guides are written from the perspective of when they become available.
There ARE items and whatnot throughout the games that are what's called "Lost Forevers" or Missable Items, but Final Heaven is not one of them.
So while the availability unlocks on Disc 2, you really actually can come back and get it in Nibelheim in Disc 3 later.
Just like you can get Cloud's Omnislash from the Gold Saucer on Disc 2, but technically it's cheaper to just get it on Disc 3.
So if it's too frustrating, just come back and get it later.
