Can't speak to the pharmacist

I haven't been having any success at speaking to the pharmacist, been spamming the up right keys and confirm at any angle I could find and I still can't interact with him.

I have already started the Don Corneo mission and have already gotten both the dress and the wig. I don't know what's going on??? Can someone help me here?

EDIT: Just uninstalled and reinstalled game. Still didn't work.

Be sure to going to the Bee Inn before Don Corneo, and go to the shop to get dress up.

go to the restaurant first and eat food, tell em it's alright, then try talking to him again if you didn't do this step

Trying to remember... I don't want to spoil too much with details... Wig, dress, perfume, Bee's Inn VIP card, makeup, medicine, diner coupon, vending machine mission... Should be it on that..

You mean (the way you typed it out) you can't talk with him AT ALL like there's a glitch; he still has his back towards you as he's messing with the products behind the counter? It's been a while since I did that mission, he is suppose to be able to sell/buy items and materias on the side regardless of the current mission.

"WHAAAA, (bounce*!*!*!) don't just sneak up on me like that!" or something said that way.
