why?
the way steal as well works is that when you use a magic or command pared with it, it will simultaneously use steal. so for example, if you use comet1 with it being pared with steal as well, comet will attempt to steal an item from whatever the target is. no other animation aside from the command/magic is used afterwards, so it does not work like added cut. I would assume steal does absolutely nothing when pared with steal as well, or maybe it gives you twice the chance for a steal to be affective, although not really worth it.
I agree it was pointless though at this time, was testing it mostly on Master Tonberries to see if I could nab elixirs quicker for Magic Pots while fighting Movers for AP but just became too tedious and didn't really make much of a difference that I noticed to worry about in my case anyway.
Was mostly doing it to see if I could make my AP grind more efficient since I was running into them,Allemagne and Christopher + Gighee more often than the pots and movers.
Thanks anyway, I just went ahead and finished the side stuff to get the extra goodies and said screw it.
