Black Chocobo Save Editor Is Completely Safe?
So, i want to begin a new game with all the materia, items and equipments that you can get in the game, and i want to know if use Black Chocobo Save Editor can put my Steam account in some kind of danger or something.

Yup I have used it to edit saves between Steam and on PS1 memory card saves. Yes both saves are interchangable.

I've used it plenty of times. It's the only way to transfer different kinds of save files, like Steam to old PC version or console to PC. It can also repair damaged or incomplete save files.
