Young Cloud Unlock???

Strangely enough I can't help but remember somehow getting him in my party permanently. Something about 1/35 soldier when in clouds mind/memories or..... something. For a while i still had the save with him unlocked but after my recent move i lost it.... I'm not talking about the cheese weapon stupidity. This was with the pc version and im not exactly sure how i did it. I could be completely off base here or a strange.... glitch. Anybody have any information on this? i could have sworn it but hell, it was so long ago im not sure anymore

As far as I know, there is no way you can hire young Cloud in your party.

Either you were playing with mods, or you're just remembering the flashbacks.

Either you were playing with mods, or you're just remembering the flashbacks.

no mods, didn't know mods were available for ff7 on the pc

Young Cloud can only be used during the Nibelheim flashback story told in Kalm just after Midgar escape. There is no way to use him without a mod, gameshark, etc. otherwise.

As for the 1/35 soldier item it is one of several collectible easter egg type items that serve no purpose in the game.

You can bring Young Cloud to your party using the Debug Room Warping Glitch but I advise you not to do it, since most of the places will softlock your game.

You can bring Young Cloud to your party using the Debug Room Warping Glitch but I advise you not to do it, since most of the places will softlock your game.

good ol debug room, I remember trying to bring Aeris and the debug OP sword from there as a kid. lovely softlocks...
