Final Fantasy VII Sound Effects

Is there any handy program out there that is able to extract the sound files from the Audio.dat in the FF7 folder? I cannot seem to find anything after searching so someone may be able to help me out here perhaps. Thanks!

You can use cosmo to extract sound files:

DLPB has for the R06 added sound file support as ogg and has also recorded all PSX sounds out of the game, because the PSX does some modification to sound in real time.
