Does this include healing from sleeping in inns? Or literally no healing in any way, ever unless the game automatically heals you? Cuz if so that's... insane and why would anyone want to suffer like that? lol.

The only way to regain health is by going to an earlier save game file and trying to take less damage

I mean he used an application that set all the other characters to 0 health, and skipped the small part of the game cloud isn't in.
