REMAKO MOD resolution settings for 4k

So I finally installed 7th Heaven and the Remako mod, but no matter how I configure the opengl settings it only display half the screen. The mod is clearly working, but only in a small 640x480 window, anything else and half the screen is not displayed. I do have a second display which I have disabled, but still nothing. Anyone know the proper opengl resolution settings to play properly in 4k? Or at least a windowed mode that takes up most of my screen?

Disable the DPI for the game (right click on FF7.exe, properties, compatibilities).
