god, i was farming for like 1 week just to defeat emerald weapon and suddenly BOOOM submarine stucked into the rock so i cant move it .

need help plssss dont have more saves Q.Q

You could try reloading from a previous save point (i know, it sucks) and see if that fixes your problem. Also, good luck on EW, just beat it myself after getting furious from dying for about an hour, luckily it hit Tifa to the point where her HP was all 7's which proc'd all lucky 7's and didn't stop beating the crap out of it until it just sort of died lol.

It happened to me before,I had to reload my previous save.
You don't need to farm for a week to beat Emerald Weapon,its possible to beat in within 20mins with the right materia combinations.

Or use Cait Sith's Slots, get lucky, and get Game Over.

i didint do the mmidgar assault yet, maybe after that the map would reset by itself?
tbh in my last save dont have cloud limit lvl 4, and many many many many many many materia, chocobo caverns materia included :/ (i mean i have literally 0 chocobos xD) i think if i have to replay half game to kill EW i will just continue the story

I'd suggest going through the chocobo breeding side quest to get the best materia, also it sounds like you're on disc2 so you can get some good materia from the Gold Saucer as prizes.

Not sure what you mean about the map resetting itself, you can only re-enter that one time, after that you can't go back inside so make sure to get the W-item materia in the underground.

You can fight EW without the best materia but it won't be easy, the reward from the boss is a set of mastered materia that you can get yourself once you've mastered & obtained every materia in the game anyway. Though that would take a long time to master each one in the long run.

I can give you a Materia combo that would wipe out either of the weapons without much stress, it makes it ridiculously easy though....

W-Item makes life infinitely easier regardless. Especially if you want to breed chocobos, because greens are expensive. If you want to take out Ruby Weapon first, it makes it possible by abusing the Dazer item (Ruby Weapon can be paralyzed).
