How to hard reset

ive been trying CTRL+R but othing is working. I think the computer i have reacts differntly to other peoples computers because when i got to the breathing mini game i had to use the switch button and i couldn't do that with insert so i changed that. So now im worried i can't Hard Reset

We can't do this with FFVII, you can just quit the game faster doing CTRL+Q

oh thats ok i was just trying to do a glitch to help mee with somethig that was just kept bothering me since i can do it but i wasted all my money so now it's turned into grinding

I managed a hard reset with the Task Manager.

I forgot about this thing entirely
