"Master Magic" materia.

I am at the Northern Cave Crater levelling up my materia to master them. I have mastered all of the Magic Materia but need to acquire the last Magic Materia called "Master Magic" materia. Since Bugenhagen is no longer there is Cosmo Canyon I can't speak to him to obtain it. Is there any other way to get it now?

Examine the huge materia in his observatory each one gives you a master type of that colour.
