Gamigo Help Desk / Support
Is anyone working the help desk at Gamigo for this game anymore? I haven't played Rift for years, but figured I'd login to see how the game is now, and how my characters are. I was able to login and create a new character, but I see all my old characters are sitting on a "trial" shard that I can't access.

I put a support ticket in 2 weeks ago today, on Gamigo's site and still haven't gotten a reply from them. Is this game dead, or just Gamigo's support?

Update:

Received a response from Gamigo today. Over a month after I put my support ticket in. What a wonderful turn around time...

"Thank you for contacting us.
We have reviewed your request, and it appears your character/s are currently on closed shards.
Unfortunately, those shards are currently locked following their respective shard closure, we are therefore not able to assist."

So, my characters are gone. Guess I won't be playing Rift ever again. I don't fancy playing from the beginning on a dying game.
