servers locked ?

what does this mean? says the server you last played on is locked........
iv never seen this before on any game iv ever played.

Hey there!
I believe thas might've been due to the server shard restart, usually every Tuesday at 9 AM UTC.

You can stay up to date on the official Discord server or X.

If this is a different issue, like returning to RIFT after a long time, this simply means that your characters were part of a server merge and are now located on a different shard than they used to be in, if it shows 0 on every shard, this is normal, simply click on the shards until find your characters, they will be there.

Hailol server crashed a few nights ago while I was in the midst of a battle on Freemarch. Zero warning. Can you post an alert the next time you plan to do a restart? You did an alert
last week 20 minutes before maintenance to allow us time to get to a safe area.

server is run normaly since decade ago :v . I have no idea. why this post still exsist. I login for check up my self in there every single day :o . and its always up to online.

Kinda funny, you dont even sound like a developer.. Its gotten that bad has it. They drop a developer tag on some old company account an make the ' intern ' pretend to answer.. You cant plan for them? An you are sad.. I would assume the ' PROPER ' answer is ' we are looking into it '.. but hay must be your first day

Hey, can you please answer - is the game still locked for Russia? Wanted to play, but remembered I wasn't able to enter the game at all in 2022.

FYI, there is some embargoes that that do impact video game service to Russia. I don't know if that s the situation with this game but it is something to keep in mind.
