How do you change shards

I made a toon and a server and want to switch over to a buddys shard was wondering if this was a option and if so, I would liek a process upon doing so~ love jazzy

your charect has to be lvl 15 or hight to transfer to do that its in the charect slection screen once you lvl 15 you do the transfre and you will get a mail ingame and that all you have to do
