Cant use ascended lesser signet token cant use

When ever i try to trade it in the rift store for the ascended lesser mages ring it just says this item cannot be sold. what am i doing wrong ?

I'm having the same issue and so is a friend, no idea why.

Same here. A way around it is to put the ring you want in your wish list and buy it from there.

Add the signet you want to your wishlist (small checkbox on top left corner of item icon)

go to your wishlist

buy it from there.
