How do I get to the Storm Legion areas? I'm lvl 50 and can't find anything about what to do.

There is but I can't click the new areas, you can see them but I can't go there. I also went to the Empyrean Commander as I read in the Offical Rift forums and I couldn't talk to him, it said he could teleport you as well.

There is a quest give in Sanctum and Meridian - In Meridian he is next to the portal and should have a Quest Green Icon with the 'I' inside. I am unsure where the quest giver is in Sanctum as I levelled my Guardians before they changed from the portals in Iron Pine Peaks - look at this thread - http://forums.riftgame.com/general-discussions/general-discussion/397463-how-do-f2p-players-go-brevane-dusken-maps.html

If it's the same guy, he never had the icon nor did he give me a mission, he just asked if I wanted to fight or if I had businiess in the capital and sent me where I picked.

In Sanctum, you walk to the guy next to the portal, say yes I want to fight or go have business in the capital.

If you chose to fight: It gives you a choice between Breven and Dusken (Starter Storm Legion)
Business in Capital: Right to Tempest Bay, the Sanctum/Merdian of Storm Legion.
