Quickest way to level 60-65
What is the quickest way to level 60-65? questing seems so slow

story quests, carnage quests and any rifts you come across

if you want to hit 65 in a few hours, you have to use the subscription xp boost and add a 160% xp vial to it

The GM dailies give much experience. From quests the story ones turn up more and the deeper you go in also the more XP. If you manage go to D and Glacier -- obviously do all the IAs in TG. Bind your soul at Mangle Palace and operate from there.
