I mean with IA you can get to max level in under an hour.
That requires gameplay, though, and his point is usually to perform that goal with as little gameplay as possible. :P
Not.. really though? I'm unsure what you mean by gameplay. It's not hard/difficult. Have you played RIFT?
If you haven't seen the video, he exploits throttling the internet connection to continuously turn in the same two dailies over and over again until he eventually earns enough XP from doing that to hit 50 from about level 14. He slightly overshoots the mark, though, and ends up at 51.
Saying he was speedrunning the leveling process would be more accurate, but even using IA to level would still be more gameplay-intensive than doing that.
