Which Server is best for PvP?
im trying this game out again after several years...

which server/shard should i choose for some active pvp?
preferably EU if possible, ty

Choose any given PvE shard, and then just start PvP with battlegrounds. All shards of one region (EU/US) pool into the same battlegrounds.

If you indeed enjoy getting your... behind... handed to you from max. level characters at any given time from some point on forward in the wild and during questing, feel free to pick the last remaining PvP shard.

And another fair warning, there're a lot less players on the last PvP shard active, so there is a lot less supply and demand considering the auction house.
