Trion and Glyph really need a fix.

Getting tired of the garbage coding going on with these two. For the past week I have not been able to log into the Glyph app, due to invalid password. Changed my password. Now it won't accept my password and my mobile Auth code. Says "Invalid token". Tried everything from clearing cache to logging on a different browser. And the auth code on the website keeps tossing in a "-" between the 2 sets of 3 numbers.

And I can't even contact customer support because... you need to log in.

Does anyone know a phone number for customer support? Or an e-mail? This is rediculous that I pay for games from Trion yet I have no access to play them because of a poorly coded system.

I had the exact same problem.
Found out that you could register through their rift site, and it worked! Give it a try yourselves.

Ive been having trouble with the Glyph launcher also, it accepts my login, updates to the latest versoin but when i click play it just tells me to "use client launcher". The only option it gives is to click OK and not load the game. Is there some other launcher I should be using? It has worked in the past, not sure whats changed, other than perhaps the latest version is dodgey?
